Became violently ill with food poisoning from Salt Spring Sugar Free Gelato from a vendor at Schwartz Bay ferry terminal. Both husband and I spent 7 hours in the bathroom.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
