今天中午吃了一個奶酥蘋果三層吐司😅😅😅
丈量完太餓了,
下下週連續兩個禮拜日都有大餐,
至少要把瘦下來的體重維持住!
大餐就只有一餐就好了,

再來六日要好好穩住~
才不會又在重頭來過,前功盡棄了
