No post-weekend spike on the scale this week, which is good news.
The bad news is that I had less of an appetite all weekend because we will need to put our cat to sleep later today. She's 17 going on 18 and has had a very long, comfortable life, but her condition is deteriorating very badly, very quickly. I am surprised she made it through the night, in fact.
But given her age and her health, this is unfortunately a very easy decision. It still stings, though.
68.7 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
