I am really wanting to get back to loosing weight or should I say loosing fat. lately it has just been a huge struggle to heat healthy at all let alone dry and be in a deficit. I had got into a really good habit of going for long walks every day but that has stopped and I am struggling to get back the motivation to start back again. exercise isn't necessarily the hard bit for me but if I don't get my eating under control I always tell myself what's the point in exercising if I'm not dieting at the same time so then nothing happens at all. I have raised my target a little bit just to try and make it not seem so hard and then once I get there I can change it again. I am going to spend this week making a list of meals that I like and how many calories they are so I can plan next week's meals according to the amount I should eat in a day. I have been considering getting a weightloss coach but theyre all so expensive so if any of you know of a good one that isn't too crazy expensive then please let me know. next bank holiday Monday will be my last day to eat what I want and then I'm getting back at it and I need you all to keep me to that 🙂🙂👍

I have a few tips you could use, for motivation this is the main one that kepted me going. I usually quit after a month but even though I have gain since September when I started this eat healthy journey. Frist write down your goal and your reason of why you want it. For each quest imagin what it will feel like. Q1) What is the PAIN you expect if you make this change? This can be pain from the experience of making the change and / or the pain you would experience if you did reach your goal? For example mind would be to falling completely Q2) What is the PLEASURE have experience by Not making this change or committing to this goal? what benifit do you receive from having this problem? ( For example, it could be attention, ability to eat what you want, or any other secret reason you don't want to change) Mind is eating chocolate brownies 😋😅 Q3) What is the PAIN that will happen if you DO Not reach your goal? How will it impact your life, your career, your Family? Mine is Spending lots of money on new clothes. Q4) What is the PLEASURE you will experience when you reach your goal and reap the benefits? How will your life be Better? How will you Feel? What weight will you be lifted of your shoulders ? What other important outcomes will come from this? For example one of mine is being able to wear summer clothes and not feel embarrassed.

thanks so much for this. have never really thought about it this way. the biggest thing I need to think about is what is the pleasure from not making the change and all it is is to be able to eat what I like and that doesn't actually make you feel good anyway and I always over eat etc ...... its just thinking of that when I have the food in front of me. it's almost as if I zone out and just binge. I need to be so much more aware of what I eat and why. thanks for this message very helpful

That's exactly what I do. I plan my meals on a Sunday for the whole week, occasionally I deviate a bit so I just have to tweak it. also helps cuz I go shopping on Mondays. U gotta do what works for u love. good luck xx

Get out walking! Every extra bit of movement is good for you and the more you exercise the better you’ll feel and the dieting will be easier to start. I always start with the exercise as that boosts your mood and it’s one easy thing to change.

And also, I’s never make the starting point days in the future. I’d make it now, this very minute!
