So I'm diabetic and just started insulin omg it's hard getting my head round carbs but I'm doing it not easy but got to do it to stay well hopefully can lose a bit more weight too
99.4 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
