I gained 3 lbs while exercising and couldn't lose the weight. Finally decided to diet by eating mostly fruits and vegetables throughout the day. Finally lost the 3 lbs I put on and an extra!! YAY!
57.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
