Day #2 of my 24 Day AdvoCare Challenge....this means Day #2 of cleansing. Thank goodness it isn't a harsh cleanse, a little discomfort now and then but no brown floods out my shorts. So my cleanse plan is to continue my normal workout routine and reduce my calorie intake to between 1200-1500 (closer to 1200 if I can help it, I was running late today so I'm closer to 1500), this should get me around 800-1000 net calories every day for a nice steady loss. I need to up my water intake though to help flush out the toxins, that's probably my biggest challenge to be honest, I do have a water plan in place, it's just DOING it now. My main objective is to lose 10lbs total for the 24 days, this will get me over the hump of a size 12-14 to a comfortable 10. My fridge is stocked with fresh fruit and veggies and I am stocked up on protein and my complex carbs, should be a breeze!!! Water, water, water!!! (Teacher Try, that's for you!) Happy Monday all!!
