Spent 5 days with family. Didn’t track anything. Fell into old habits of overeating when there is food all around at my parents place. Still got a few workouts in. I know that the weight gain is mostly water so not freaking out.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
