Scale still not budging much at all this week. Trying to keep up the motivation. I started using Slimfast shakes for meal replacement this week while at work. My schedule has been a little crazy so those are easy, no prep needed. Hopefully that will help me get me on track and keep the calories low, and then in I can start switching them out for low calorie meals once I have a little more free time for planning and prep.
72.4 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
