I hopped on the scale this morning after a cup of coffee and a glass of water and it looks like I'm down a pound from Monday. Not bad, considering that I haven't been allowed to exercise in 2 weeks. I guess calorie counting really is where it's at.
91.3 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
