This drives me nuts 😡😡😡. I walk at least 10k steps per day and I go to the gym four days a week and I'm still gaining weight. Either the scale is broken or the medication I've been taking causes weight gain and fluids retention.
89.3 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
