Size 10s AND into the 160's on the same sunny Friday!! God is good! (All the time.)

And 35.5% BF. Not changing much, but I haven't been able to workout as much as normal since sugery. 3 more weeks and I can get back at it!
76.7 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
