It's not easy to lose weight but it's not impossible either! we need to be constant, strong and really want to lose weight (believe in ourselves) 🦾🦾

*You know you have to lose 200lbs but try to set a goal of 20lbs and when you reach that goal you change it for another 20 - it feels good when you reach a yellow, green and blue line for me it is motivation🎉🎊🦾
* another thing if you count your daily calories you may see sometimes more motivators - it's tedious the first week but you get used to it and see the results
the body needs a certain amount of calories to maintain the weight that one has-if you reduce it the body will take the extra fat and convert it into the missing calories that we need and thus we lose weight
