bismillah day 1 mau defcal dan wo setelah desember kmaren berhasil turun beberapa kg dan gegara banyak kerjaan dan makam ga teratur jadi berantakan lagi naik 5kg skarang mau diperbaiki doain bisa konsisten lagi defcal dan wo nya ya temen2 xixixii
75 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
