I’m doing Keto again. Only meat and fat for a couple days to boost fat burning. I carb loaded for 3 days this time. Mostly because it was my anniversary weekend. Not being able to fit into my wedding dress a year later was sad.
52.2 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
