最近這一個禮拜開始熱量控制,不知道是不是昨天晚上吃了很多沙拉沒有排掉所以體重不減反增!
肚子跟臉上週都有變小,雖然知道減肥期間體重都會起起伏伏的,還是希望自己真的有在減肥的道路上!越來越瘦!
