中餐 乾杯燒肉 澱粉是焗烤馬鈴薯,忍著沒點石鍋拌飯😆
晚餐 婆婆菜 高麗菜 洋蔥蛋 煙燻雞肉(看老公那麼節制 我也不敢多吃
49.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
