Small weight loss this week but I'll take it. I've attended special events the past two nights where I wasn't in control of the food. I even indulged in decadent desserts both days. And hard liquor last night. Honestly surprised I didn't gain.
127.5 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
