yesterday I hit right around my target cals of 1200. n now im down 2 more lbs. been exercising at least once a day. my plan for today is 1200 cals n a workout. with food being my bone broth protein drink for breakfast. green smoothie for lunch n keto veg beef soup for dinner 🍽 this should really kick up the weight loss. good luck to me n good 👍 luck to you!
