It's winter and I am struggling 😩 to drink enough water 💧. Think this little increase is water retention
88.2 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don't know if you like tea, but drinking herbal tea is one way to get enough water in, in the winter.
