This is my week of bloat. Even though I am disappointed I didn't reach my goal of 159.9 today, I know it is achievable. I have ate really well this week and my exercise routine is back on track. I will be under 150 before my birthday, September 13th, then after that, only 25 more pounds to go!!!

Now I am planning ahead for 3 days in Abilene. I am trying to pack some healthy snacks for a cooler, etc. I can do it, just can't let the busy day to get me like I did the Dog Show. I ate horribly and new better. This time, I am not going to let my surrounding dictate, I will dictate my surroundings.
