I'm weighing in again today cause I'm starting a new diet. You can lose 10lbs in the first week and up to 40lbs in a month. I know that its alot and I know its not the most healthy way to lose. BUT...I need a kick start. Maybe if I lose some it will get me motivated to do it more healthier.....If you want to give the diet a try.
