Two pound fluctuation doesn't mean much, we'll see how it goes for the rest of the week. I did weigh myself at an odd time yesterday, not my usual 10am-ish.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
