We went to Subway last night for supper. They were out of spinach...bummer! So, I had a chicken wrap. It was ok. My hubby got a BMT...that's what I'd have gotten if I wasn't dieting. I ended up taking 3 small bites to satisfy my "need" for a flavorful meal. It worked. I'm not down much even though I walked twice yesterday, but that's ok. I feel good that I'm still losing at all.
