NOT GOOD!!! vacation mode has extended and caused such a damage! 10+ lbs gained from the lowest i’ve reached 😔 tomorrow is officially 2 months since my surgery so IT’S TIME TO TAKE CONTROL BACK!!!
73.6 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
