Morgan congrats on the loss! Morgan, if you prefer I not offer suggestions, just say so. I will understand fully. Morgan, if you are you feeling hungry most of the time, try filling up with low calorie crunchy vegetables & fruit. Have them ready to eat raw, to fill up your stomach, and make you chew a lot, like: wedges of cabbage, stalks of celery, cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, dipped in salsa. slices of zucchini. Apples, oranges, pears, berries. Also instead of plain fried eggs or boiled eggs, beat the eggs with a fork and add lots of chopped onion, mushrooms, bell pepper & some plain unsweetened yogurt to the beaten eggs. The more full you feel, the less tendency to eat processed or take-out foods.
