I'm really stumped as to why I'm not losing. No salty foods and barely 1200 calories. Big scale 142.6, small scale 142.5. Elliptical Steps: 1538, Cals: 300 Mins: 38. Step backwards slower: Minutes: 14, Steps: 489, Cals: 100.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
