Another pound gone and 18 days to loose the last 4 pounds. I need to be on target and walk more. I'm going to aim to walk home (1 hour's walk) at least once a week.
51.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
