It is a wonderful feeling to stand on the scale and see the numbers go a little lower! I feel like this past week has been mediocre for diet control and exercise. As described in my previous posts, weekends at camp are difficult to manage. While I'm at home, I'm in control of my food (well I try to be). I'm not really inspired to say anything profound today - just anxious to get out of the two hundreds!
91.5 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
