Today would be my normal off day to working out. I will do a minimum of 15 minutes running today..and then my normal lifting routine. :)

I shouldn't have weighed myself after I ate the breakfast this morning, but I did. May be a little less than posted may not.
87.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
