My life got a little out of control for a bit. Surprised I haven't gained over the past couple weeks because my food intake has been horrible. Luckily I've been running around a lot and exercising some to help balance.

I really need to get on track... I feel this whole summer has been 1 step forward 2 steps back, which means I've gone nowhere.
71.9 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
