Wow! Loving these results. I am staying about 700 calories under my "losing weight" RDI of 2200. I have been eating around 1500 calories a day, and it feels like plenty of food to me. I hope everyone is staying strong and determined. Much love people. :)
96.6 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
