I did NOT go from 230 lbs to 225 lbs from August 31st to September 1st. Not sure why that was calculated that way. I hadn't even weighed since August 23rd (230 lbs.) and then today, September 1st (225 lbs.) I'm starting today to weigh where I record every Monday. I don't know how to change that I didn't lose 5 lbs in a day.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

sending my scale on a long vacation. I will get up weigh myself and go to the ladies room come back re weigh and it will say I gained 3lbs.
