晚餐:日廚烤雞腿(去皮)、和風花椰菜龍鬚菜、蝦蘆筍手卷、烤魚、烤雞肉串3串
點心:紅豆冰棒1支
運動後:濃豆漿
重訓練腿1.5小時、跑步有氧30分鐘
55.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
