午餐:水蓮炒木耳杏鮑菇、雞胸肉、和牛御飯糰、冰火菠蘿
晚餐:豆花(花生、芋頭、綠豆)、地瓜球、雞胸肉4塊
下午:50嵐珍波椰
運動:飛輪課50分鐘

(為了體館賽備賽一直吃!)
