Some encouraging progress finally. I'd like to lose 10 pounds before I leave to visit my mom at the end of June and at this rate, I may actually surpass that goal if I can stay on track.
Woke up this morning with one clogged ear, a locked jaw, and a splitting headache, so I used some of my banked hours and called in to work. I think I need some dedicated R&R time where I don't have to run a ton of errands before the weekend expires. I may cross stitch a bookmark, I may take a 4 hour nap. Either way, I won't feel like my day was wasted if I wake up feeling better.
Hubby is hosting nerd night at our place again tonight. May be a good night to hit the gym for an extended workout.
