One pound is great and will still get you to your goal. Think of 4 sticks of butter (which would be what a pound of fat looks like) off your body. That's pretty great.

LOL That is a better way to look at it. Although, I wish I could choose the spot that loses the pound. Like my stomach or split it between my thighs. That would be pretty awesome :D
