I actually started 2 days ago with the Take off. I started at 212.0 pounds and today I am 207. I am hungry but I am determined to follow. I am on the gold plan which is very limited. I am going to follow this for at least a week to see what the result is and then I may do another color plan.

So awesome! Congrats :) I started on Monday @257 & on Wednesday I was 253 so I'm super happy bout that. I'm hungry too but it will definitely be worth it! GOOD LUCK TO U! :)
