Today is dragging, probably because I’m exhausted today. Felt like I didn’t sleep much last night and I was constantly waking up. Got a run in yesterday after work, I’ve definitely been a lot more consistent with running and it’s showing in my stamina. Finally back to not feeling like I’m gonna die by the end of a 2 mile run. Now I’m going to start working my way back up to 3 miles a little at a time. And now that I don’t feel like I’m going to die every time I run (the temperature cooling down is helping with that as well), I’m starting to enjoy running. Never thought I’d hear myself say that!
