This week is dragging. Again, didn’t seem to get much sleep last night and feeling so tired today. Not sure why I’m not sleeping well, but I’m really looking forward to Saturday where I can sleep in and catch up on sleep! The past few days I feel like I finally fall into a deeper sleep at 3 am and then the alarm goes off at 6. Not cutting it for me, I don’t function well on no sleep.

Supposed to go running tonight, but of course there are thunderstorms expected to hit right around the time I get home from work. Hoping they will hold off or move through quickly so I can get a run in. I don’t mind running in light rain but can’t handle a downpour, which is what they were saying will probably happen.
71.9 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
