Isn't losing just an amazing feeling? I'm sticking true to my 1+ lb loss per week goals. I know that the losses will slow down with time, but for now... I LOVE IT!

I fit into my skinny work clothes this morning. I didn't squeeze into them, I fit into them! I feel sexy today. I feel amazing today. I feel like I have control of my eating, for once! Plus, the C25K training is going well. Next week is where it'll get tough and I'll really have to focus and push through, but I'm confident that I'll do it. :)
88.5 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
