Mmmm.....water weight loss 📉. I will take it. Did up my water 💧 🙌 substantially this week.
86.3 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Ele's. I'm not even sure. You would have to do some research. I think everyone's bodies are different. What I can say is water water water 💧. Tha famous business saying. You have to spend money to make money. Same here. You have to drink water to lose water 💧. About 1 litr per 30kg body weight.
