Day 3: There’s some Tiramisu left in the fridge but I managed to stick to the diet and had 0 sweets today: all I ate was fiber cereal, pineapple, grilled chicken and a low calorie homemade tomato soup. If I keep this pace I know I can ditch this extra pounds and be happier. I just hate that I let this happen….geez…..
52.7 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
