I quit smoking June 11, 2022. Some people think it's so easy to walk away from smoking, but it's no different than any other habit. Over eating, cravings for junk food, those are habits too and ones I need to break as well. Everyday is a struggle, but eventually I will see the results
97.5 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree, breaking habits and rehab are really tough. Obviously you are tougher! You should be so Proud of yourself! I try to think of breaking habits as replacing them with better habits. It seems easier for me. You've Got This!

Smoking is one of the most difficult things to quit out there. I have incredible will power but this is one thing I had to quit multiple times thankfully I'm done with it for many years now. Keep up the awesome work it's so worth it!

I quit at 11 am on February 28, 1983 and the only thing that kept me from smoking again was that I didn’t want to break the streak! You can do this!!!!
