Ended up going to the Midnight showing of X-Men: First Class last night. Good/bad idea. Movie was good but I am le tired. Actually though, I'm pretty motivated right now since I was rushing to get ready this morning. Lots of stuff to do based on our customer meetings yesterday.
I estimated my food intake from yesterday and it's about where I expected. Well, I tried to over estimate where I had no idea. Carbs are high but not as much as they could have been, or at least what I expected. The restaurant we when to yesterday was sorta/kinda low carb friendly. I had a very interesting smoked salmon and brie salad that did not come pre-assembled. Tasty though. I'm in love with those two things so I enjoyed it. Also I didn't eat dried fruit all day like I thought we might. I had some apples but that was it. For some reason when I got home I felt the need to eat EVERYTHING though. Ice cream, low carb pizza, peanuts. Def upped my totals. No big deal though! Bouncing back. My weigh-in was pretty good.
I missed 2 runs this week though. Very disappointed in myself. I know I won't be motivated to get this morning's missed run in after work so I'm not counting on it. I will however motivate myself enough to do chest/bicep work. Yep.
