It's been a while... With some ups and downs...
I am back down to 100(+)lbs lost from my heaviest!!! I am doing this slow and steady. Made the recommitment in May and have been consistently following a low carb/clean keto way of eating since. Also intermittent fasting and consistently walking. Have had two short breaks (less than a week both times) then right back on track. Rarely even feel hungry or like I am restricting anything. Don't crave sweets or junk. Lots of dark leafies and cruciferous veg.
Down 20lbs since May! I also quit smoking last December so almost 9 months cigarette free! Feels so much better on so many levels!!!
Intend to do more frequent check in posts. Missing the community and support we have here on FS!
