Went out to a Mongolian Restaurant last night and had all the trimmings and extra quantities - bread rolls, garlic bread, pancakes and ice cream along with the usual Atikins food. So I when I weghed myself after the meal I had only lost 0.1 Kg for the week!!
Otherwise generally going well.
