Have halted IF for a while. Increased Daily calorie intake to 1900. More Strength 💪 training less cardio 👇. Sticking to low carb meals.
Been at this weight for 2 months now I think. Going to hang out here for a while and then boom 💥 back into strong IF 💪 and stricter keto.
