Today's workout was walking. I didn't feel up to doing any strength training today. I had been focused on my classes and that's been getting in the way of me working out. Day two of intermittent fasting completed.
152.4 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 79.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
