Hi everyone! Ok, so I'm at 172...but I'm going to be honest. I think I'm having some bathroom issues at the moment. I've been feeling incredibly "backed up" and I have a feeling that number is going to go down by Friday. I just need something to break everything up. Any suggestions?? It sounds crazy, but there are several remedies that I use if I feel backed up and veggies and stuff does not work: here are a couple, green tea, or coconut milk.

I say take some fiber pills, and if that doesn't work, laxatives! Just don't take to high of a dose, or you will be attached to your bathroom. Also, make sure not to take it to close to bed time, or else you wont get any sleep that night (trust me, I made that mistake once!!) Good luck!

I use Psyllium Husks from Trader Joes. I mix it in water and drink it. It's the main ingredient in Metamucil but without the junk. It works!

It's also good to just take on a daily basis. Sometimes I take it before a meal to feel full.
